Traffic tickets
Driving a motor vehicle usually involves holding a driving
license. The current system provides for a permanent permit, without periodic
medical checks. The legislator has provided for a very large number of
penalties for traffic offenses. Depending on the case, penalties may be
imposed, suspension or cancellation of driving licenses, imprisonment,
detention and confiscation of the vehicle, loss of points. The Highway Code
classifies Traffic tickets according to some
categories. The first is the slightest transgressions while the fifth category
is the most serious. Most penalties for non-compliance with traffic rules. Only
the change of direction without warning, considered less serious, belongs to
the second category of offenses.
